Sea Miles & Smiles.
So you have done your RYA course, what next? Want to get some sea miles under your belt towards your Yachtmaster, or fancy the adventure of an Atlantic crossing? We have ex-students now experienced sailors offering some amazing epic sailing trips on their Lagoon 45.
Many moons ago Chris Ziaja, the founder of Ocean Ad-ventures passed his Yachtmaster Offshore with Trafalgar Sailing. He also lives in Tarifa and loves Kitesurfing and wing foiling. At the time he was running SUP Safari (Stand Up Paddleboard) locally. He has now moved into Kite and Wing Safari in the Caribbean on Catamarans. It is a barefoot, salty, relaxed cruise to kite surf and wing foil, the main objective is to have as much fun as possible.

Ocean Adventures
Recently his girlfriend Jana also trained with Trafalgar Sailing and passed her Yachtmaster. A lifelong friendship has formed between Trafalgar Sailing and Ocean-Ad-ventures.
Sailing Safari in the Caribbean
They are sailing their Lagoon 450F Catamarans to Sardinia for the European summer and then back “over the pond” across the Atlantic to St Lucia and beyond.
So you can join the Cat on various passages:
From Algeciras (near Gibraltar) to Sardinia in the last two weeks of June. Sardinia – Gibraltar – Tarifa – Canaries – Cape Verde to St. Lucia, starting from end of September.
Ideal for those looking to immerse themselves in the rhythms of ocean sailing. This voyage offers seasoned sailors to advance and practice astro navigation if they want to. It is also a great opportunity for less experienced sailors to feel vast stretches of open water.

If you love kite surfing and or wing foiling, meet them in the Caribbean for a life changing trip. They will be cruising some of the best Kite and Wing sailing spots in St Lucia, British Virgin Islands, Antigua, Bahamas and Grenada. I am jealous!
